Water temperature in Palau is always around 28℃/82℉. Even down at 50m/165ft temperature is still 25℃/77℉. Most of tec divers are wearing thin wet suite. This is good enough, even for longer dives.

Most of reef dive sites are nice clear water. Try to look for the surface at 50m/165ft depth. There is great chance that you may see the surface conditions together with a lot of fishes.

Palau has great drop-off dive sites, Big Drop-off, New Drop-off, Short Drop-off, Blue Corner, and more. It is very easy to access your target depth even if it is over 100m/165ft.

Never be bored during long deco stop!
Almost all drop-off sites has nice reef on shallow area. There are many kind of corals and fishes. If you are lucky, you may do your deco stop together with Napoleon fish, school of Barracudas or Jacks.

Over-head environment dive sites
There is no full cave systems in Palau but some over-head dive sites are very interesting, such as Chandelier Cave, Siaes Tunnel and bottom of Blue hole, and of course a lot of great wreck dive sites.
